Is it suitable for WooCommerce?
Yes. OpenLiteSpeed, Redis object cache and NVMe storage are all well suited to stores with dynamic content. For more demanding stores, see WooCommerce hosting.
Who handles the WordPress updates?
We handle server and PHP updates, security, the firewall and backups. If you'd like, we'll also handle WordPress, plugin and theme updates. Otherwise, you keep control of those.
Is staging supported?
Yes. Every site gets a staging environment for testing updates and new plugins without affecting the live site. When you're ready, you push the changes live.
Which PHP versions are supported?
We support the current, actively maintained PHP versions (8.x) with OPcache enabled. You can pick a version per site and change it whenever you need to from the dashboard.
Can I install any plugins and themes I want?
Yes. You have full control of WordPress and install whatever plugins and themes you need. If a plugin causes a conflict or a performance problem, we can help you track it down.
Will you migrate my existing WordPress site?
