How do I bill my clients?
You set a custom price per client or group. We charge you only your personal wholesale price (below retail) — the difference is yours in full. By default you invoice the client under your own business; optionally, you can let Nephelo collect the subscriptions automatically for you.
Can Nephelo collect my clients' subscriptions?
Yes, optionally. You set the price per client, Nephelo handles the automatic monthly collection, and each client sees only their own price. You keep the margin without handling payments.
What happens if a client leaves?
You can cancel that site whenever you like, with no commitment, and its wholesale charge stops. Your other sites continue to run normally. We can also help you export or migrate the site.
Can I give access without branding?
Yes. You can choose to give your client access to their site without Nephelo branding. You remain their partner and keep the relationship.
How many team members can I add?
You add team members and set roles and per-site access for developers, designers or clients. You control what each user can see and change.
How does invoicing and VAT work?
You receive a standard invoice for the wholesale charge. The retail prices shown exclude VAT. Your personal wholesale price is agreed once you've created an account, based on how many sites you run.
What's the support response time?
Agencies get priority with our support team. During the beta we reply within office hours, and we're widening our response commitments as we go.
