Will my site go down during the migration?
No. We work on a staging copy while your live site stays up. We change the DNS only at the end, and only once you've approved the staging site.
How long does it take?
Usually 24–48 hours for one site, depending on its size and your current provider. For a whole portfolio, we agree a schedule with you.
What happens to my email?
We migrate the email accounts along with the site and set up the MX records, so mail keeps being delivered.
Do I need to do anything?
Only give us access to your current host and confirm at the end that everything works on staging. We take care of the rest.
What if something doesn't work afterwards?
You review the site on staging before the DNS changes. If a problem shows up afterwards, our team looks into it and the previous environment stays available for a while.
Which providers can you migrate from?
cPanel, Plesk, managed WordPress or a custom server. As long as the site runs on WordPress or WooCommerce, we can move it.
