Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added to the final invoice according to your tax status.
How does annual billing work?
On annual billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — two months free. You are billed once a year.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move to a larger or smaller plan with no migration. Only the server resources available to you change.
What if I need more resources?
You move up to the next plan in one click. The features stay the same, while RAM, storage and traffic capacity increase.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like from your account.
Do agencies pay these prices?
No. These are the retail prices. Agencies get personal wholesale pricing, lower and tailored to the number of sites they run.
Can Nephelo collect my clients' subscriptions automatically?
Yes, optionally. You set the price per client and Nephelo handles the monthly collection. Each client sees only their own price, and you keep the margin.
